Aniko Kaposvari studied social policy and social work in Budapest, Hungary, PhD in cultural studies in Klagenfurt Austria. Since more than 15 years practicing mediation in multicultural neighborhoods, schools, teams.

Teaching mediation in the Mediators Training School in Vienna. Co-founder of the Ad Hoc Playback Theater. Among other methods she is using drama elements in her trainings on the field of intercultural learning, human rights education, conflict transformation. Member of the trainer pool of the European Youth Center of the Council of Europe. Has a broad international training experience, with different groups, such as youth leaders, teachers, NGO representatives, community leaders. Has been involved as a consultant in the development of several training manuals on the field of Human Rights Education. Author of several articles related to mediation.

She is currently a guest lecturer of the ELTE University, Faculty of Intercultural Education and Psychology, Budapest.
