Zsuzsanna Z. PAPP

Zsuzsanna Z. Papp is a psychologist, currently persuing her PhD at ELTE Doctoral School of Psychology. She is an assistant professor at Budapest Business School where she teaches social psychology, cross-cultural communication and she holds communication and conflict management trainings. Zsuzsanna studied alternative conflict resolution methods at the University of New Mexico in the United States and later became a facilitator and researcher of restorative justice practices. Her research interests are restorative methods (such as victim-offender mediation) from the victim’s perspective, constructive communication in conflicts and cultural adaptation. She has been guest lecturing in Lisbon and in several other foreign universities operating in Hungary.
